If you are experiencing issues with the QuickBooks Mobile App, you can try resetting your app data to refresh your connection. Here are the steps to follow:

 

For Android devices

  1. Go to the More Options.
  2. Select Settings.
  3. Click Refresh Data.
  4. Then select Yes.

 

For IOS

  1. Go to the Menu ☰.
  2. Select Help & Feedback.
  3. Click Refresh Data.
  4. Then select Refresh.

 

If the issue persists, I recommend uninstalling and reinstalling the app and restarting your phone.
