Question

App will not load any company data, have updated the app, uninstalled and reinstalled. Still the same, app has been glitchy for a while, but I can’t load anything now.

Is anyone else having the same issues? Have used Quickbooks for almost 5 years, app has always had issues, but seems to be completely useless now.

Hi John, 

 

IPhone, and Currently on 5G. But the issues still remain even on Wifi

Which iOS version is your device updated to? You can check this by opening the Settings, then tap General > About. 

 

Do you get past the login screen on the app and does any of the home screen show? If you are able to, please add a screenshot as an attachment in your reply so that we can have a visual of the issue. Thank you.
