As we aren't using this app for work or business can the charges be frozen please?

You can contact our Customer Care Support so you can discuss it with them if there are any available discounts.

  1. Go to Help.
  2. Select Contact Us.
  3. Enter Discounts in the What can we help you with? field.
  4. Click Continue.
  5. Select Message an agent or Get a callback.
