Can I move my Microsoft manager data into quickbooks

Currently, the option to move your MM data isn't possible in QBDT. The only way you can do it is by using the QuickBooks Online (QBO) version of our product. 

I can see how beneficial this would be for you and your business. In the meantime, you'll want to consider looking for a third-party app that lets you import MM data to QuickBooks. You can do so by visiting our QuickBooks Apps website.
