Hi, @sy-flooring-serv. I’ll point you in the right direction for contacting support and share some workarounds to sort out this issue with QuickBooks Online app.

Beforehand, it's my pleasure to provide further assistance. I just need some more information to help me get on the same page, like what specific issue you're having while using QBO app? Any additional details will help me provide an accurate resolution.

Here's how you can reach them:

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online account.
  2. At the top right, click the Help icon.
  3. At the bottom, click Contact Us.

Otherwise, unusual behavior in the QBO mobile app can occur when the cache is full or there’s too much data stored. Let’s reset the app data to refresh your device and set it into its default state. Let me guide you on how:

For iOS:

  1. Go to Menu ☰ and tap Help & Feedback.
  2. Tap Refresh Data.
  3. Tap Refresh to confirm.

For android:

  1. Go to Menu ☰ then tap More Options ⋮.
  2. Tap Settings then Refresh Data.
  3. Tap YES to confirm.

Once done, re-open the app and log back into your account. Here’s an article that will guide you on how to get the most up-to-date information in QBO:   See your latest data in the QuickBooks Online app.

You might also need to uninstall, and reinstall the app just in case the issue persists. Here's an article as a guide: How to Download the QuickBooks Online Mobile App.

I've also added this article to learn more about the basics of the QuickBooks Online app: QuickBooks Online app overview.

I’m always ready to assist you if you have any other questions or concerns about the QBO mobile app. Tag me in your reply and I’ll sprint back into action. Have a good one and keep safe.
