How do I allow my accountant access to my account? I have the self-employed app on iOS

You can send an invitation to your accountant to grant access to your account in QBSE. Though, instead of using the apps, I'd suggest you use a web browser on your computer or launch a supported web browser on your phone. I'll guide you how to do it: 

1. Sign in to your account.
2. Click on the Gear icon.
3. Under About you, choose Accountant.
4. Enter the accountant's email address.
5. Press Send invitation.
