How do I bring my QuickBooks app up to date with the work I did on my iMac last week?

It hasn’t been a problem before and I’ve already tried reinstalling the app on my phone

To troubleshoot, please try clearing the app data by following the steps below:

 

clear app data on android
 

  • In the QuickBooks Online app:
  • Android: From ⋮ button, select Settings, then select Refresh Data, and then choose Yes.
  • In your device Settings:
  • Android: Settings > Apps (varies by device) > QuickBooks app from the list >Storage > Clear data.

or 

 

iOS: From the Menu ☰, select Help & Feedback, click Refresh Data, and then select Refresh.
iOS: From your device's Settings, select Setting General iPhone Storage and choose an app that's taking up a lot of space. Then, click the Offload App.
