How do I link my app and desktop?

I have quickbooks on my desktop and have reviewed all transactions but on the app its still showing as needing to be reviewed?

Hi naturesscentuk-g Thanks for reaching out to us here on the Community. We recommend that you clear the data on the app to establish if that resolves the issue.

 

iPhone:

  1. Go to the settings on the device.
  2. Tap general.
  3. Tap iPhone storage.
  4. Tap the QuickBooks Online App.
  5. Tap Offload App, this will free up the storage without deleting your app's documents and data.

Android

  1. Close and restart the app.
  2. Clear app data. To do this:
  3. Open your device Settings.
  4. select Apps (varies by device).
  5. Choose QuickBooks app from the list, then select Storage.
  6. Select clear data.
