How do you re start/re setall data on apple app???

Are you referring to clearing app data on your IOS?  If so, here's how:

 

  1. From the Menu ☰, select Help & Feedback.
  2. Choose Refresh Data.
  3. Then click Refresh.

For most app-related issues, you can refer to this link: Troubleshooting Quick-Start Guide for the QuickBooks Online app.

 

However, if you need to uninstall/reinstall the QBO app on your IOS device, you can perform the following steps below.

 

Uninstall

 

  1. Tap and hold the QBO app icon until the quick actions menu appears.
  2. Then tap Delete App, and then confirm in the pop up by tapping Delete.

Reinstall

 

  1. Open the App Store on your device and search for QuickBooks Online.
  2. Click Free and then Install.
  3. Sign in using the same user ID and password that you used when you signed up for QBO.
