App doesn't pick up information I have input in the laptop

Hello Pearlgasheating- thanks for posting on the Community page, can you please try fully uninstalling the app and then reinstalling it again and that should resolve it for you.

Yes I tried re installing the app but it doesn't seem to work. 

I have got 2 accounts and I think the self employed one needs to be deleted but I can find out to do this

Hi pearlgasheating-, from checking our system I can see that you have an inactive QuickBooks Online account and an active QuickBooks Self-Employed account. 

 

If you'd like to go ahead and cancel the self-employed account, please see the linked guide to cancel a subscription on Google Play. Please note: You can't cancel subscriptions purchased through the Google Play Store on the QuickBooks mobile app.

 

If you're looking to resume using QuickBooks Online, please double-check that the app that you have installed appears as 'QuickBooks Online Accounting'. If you need any further help from here, get back to us below. 🙂
