I can’t accept invoices since the app has been upgraded.I have latest iOS and the app is up to dateAnyone help?

Before anything else, can you tell me if there's an error when accepting the invoices? 

 

However, you can try to resolve the issue by following the recommended basic troubleshooting steps.

 

 

First is to clear the app's cache files. Here's how:

  1. Click the Help menu at the top of the screen.
  2. Select the Rest App Data option on the drop-down selection.

 

If the same thing happens, try to uninstall and reinstall the QuickBooks app. If you're still getting the same result, please contact us so we can investigate this further.

  2. Click the Contact us button below.
  3. Enter "can't accept invoices"
  4. Click the Let's talk button.
  5. Then, choose the Get a callback option.
