I have had to reistall Quickbooks Online App to my phone, now i am not able to reconnect my HSBC bank account to the App, it goes through to my banking app ok then fails

I get to HSBC app, approve connection, get taken back to QB App, then it freezes, have uninstalled and reinstalled a number of times to no avail.

To carry this out, you can log in to your QuickBooks Account using a regular browser, then connect your account there. 

 

If the issue is the same, I encourage you to call our support team to verify if errors are running within your account. Then, roll out possible fixes for the current issues.

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Click the? Help button at the top right corner.
  3. Go to the Search tab, then select Contact Us.
  4. Enter a brief discussion with your concern, then click Continue.
  5. Choose to Get a callback to connect to us.
