Question

I have multiple isues with my Bank connection. I seemed to have put it on there twice..now I can't delete them to start again. On the App this is..

Hello @nick-njbupholste,

 

You have the option to disconnect a bank account connected to online banking using a web browser application. Let me show you how.

  1. Open your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. Go to Banking.
  3. Select your bank account.
  4. Click the Pencil icon.
  5. Select Edit account info.
  6. Put a checkmark on the Disconnect this account on save selection.
  7. Click Save and Close.
