I have two companies on QB On-line and when I move from one to the other the app changes completely and is almost unusable
In the usable version I click on Expenses and a report of all expenses is generated. I can filter by All or Bills and by Supplier. From the filtered list I can click on the line and open the transaction or I can click on the Green Button top right and enter new bills, receipts etc. In the report there is a hyperlink on the right allowing me to branch to Make Payment. This is not the case for company number 2 and the Expenses menu selection takes me to an All your Expenses in one place screen where you can link bank accounts. I can find a similar report however after entering a new bill I cannot find it in the report
