Question

I’ve just purchased a new iPhone Se and when I downloaded the QuickBooks accounting app and click to open, it crashes and closes the app. Is there an issue with the app ?

The app works on the iPad and I did try downloading the self employed app on the SE which opened fine. I have also tried uninstalling it the reinstall and also restarting the phone but it still crashes.

Hi John, thanks for joining the Community - there are no current issues launching the QBO app, is your phone running on iOS 14.0 or later?

Hi, yes it’s running iOS 15.5, although I have just been speaking with intuit online and they have said they are aware off issues opening the accounting app on the new iPhone SE phones similar to my issue after I sent them a video of the app crashing and  said the engineers are working on it. So hopefully this can be solved soon.
