I want to update my payment method via Apple. The only option I have at the App Store is to cancel the subs but I am nervous this will close my Qb account. Do I cancel ?

You don't have to cancel your subscription to update your payment method in QuickBooks Online (QBO). 

Simply update your billing by logging in to QuickBooks through a web browser. Here's how:

1. Sign in to QuickBooks Online as a primary admin.
2. Go to Settings ⚙, then select Account and settings.
3. Click Billing & Subscription.
4. Next to your payment method, select Edit ✎.
5. Update your credit card info.
6. Review the address for your credit card. It must be the same one that appears on your credit card statements.
7. When you're done, click Save.
