I have a client who has used an invoice app - invoice.2go.com for a long time, but as he now has to be VAT registered has subscribed to Quickbooks simple start.

He is still raising his invoices in Invoices.2go & I would like to know if these can easily be imported into Quickbooks?

Also, he has CIS deducted from some, so would like to know the best way to deal with this if he does not change & raise invoiced from Quickbooks. The bank only shows amount received as a sale. How do you record the additional sale / cis deduction?

Hi Teflon, thanks for joining the Community. We don't support migration of invoices from this site to QuickBooks. If you're able to download a CSV file of the transactions, you can re-map and import this using our import tool (in QB, select the Cog > Import data > Invoices > Download an example > Copy data into the downloaded file and check that the asterisked fields are completed). If adding as a sale directly from the for review bank feed instead, you can use the split function to add the CIS element - on the split transaction screen, select the income account on one line and the CIS account on a separate line (if you haven't already, you'll need to turn on CIS to use these accounts). 🙂
