We appreciate your engagement, @edgehillcottage.

Could you please provide more details about the specific issue you’re experiencing with the app? Are you trying to log in, create a task, or navigate a feature? Understanding your particular problem will help us assist you better.

Meanwhile, we can clear your app data on your mobile device to reset the app to its default state. The stored cache can cause unusual behavior in the QuickBooks app.

If you're using an iOS, follow the steps below:

  1. Go to the phone's settings.
  2. Access General, then iPhone Storage.
  3. Tap QuickBooks Online from your application list.
  4. Select Offload App.

Otherwise, refer to this instruction for Android:

  1. Open your QBO app.
  2. Go to Menu ☰, then select More Options .
  3. Tap Settings, and click Refresh Data.
  4. Tap YES to confirm.

If the issue remains, uninstall and reinstall the mobile app to ensure you get the latest version of the QuickBooks app.

I'll keep an eye on your response. Please get back to this thread if you have additional questions regarding the QuickBooks app. Have a good one!
