My app doesn't sync with my online version. Can anyone help? Thanks.

I have deleted cache. I have unistalled and reinstalled the app. Nothing works online, I can't even connect with my bank.

Is it an android or IOS device you are using? What bank are you trying to connect to? Have you tried doing the connection on the web browser version rather than the app version of QuickBooks?
