My QuickBooks was cancelled ages ago and the app confirmed this but I’m still getting charged?

QuickBooks app says no subscription active, my phone subscriptions says not active and yet for nearly a year I have been charged 11.99. It shows as Google via my PayPal so I didn’t notice until now

I want to make sure the charge on your PayPal account will stop. You may have purchased your subscription from Google Play Store. That's why the charge is coming from Google.

 

You may contact Google about the charge. Then, follow the steps below to cancel your subscription.

 

  1. Go to the Play Store app.
  2. Select the Profile icon.
  3. Select Payments & subscriptions, then select Subscriptions.
  4. Select the QuickBooks Online app.
  5. On the Manage subscriptions window, select Cancel subscription.

Also, I recommend contacting our QuickBooks Online Live Team. They can pull up your account and verify if you still have an active subscription.
