QuickBooks and Go Cardless

Hi this is for anyone who has Go Cardless linked to their QuickBooks.  QBO has started flagging invoices created as having an error with Go Cardless.  It states your Go Crdaless is not set up for multi currency transactions. However the issue lies in that the invoices are all in GBP and the DD option isn't even selected as the customer doesn't use direct debit.  How can I fix this?  It is very annoying.

Hi CatG79, thanks for flagging this on the Community

 

This error can only be resolved by disconnecting and reconnecting the GoCardless app in QuickBooks. Please note, the person who originally connected the app in QBO will need to do the disconnect.

Apologies for the slow response.  If I disconnect and re connect what sort of impat will this have on the direct debits that are due imminently and will it impact those going forward?
