Reloaded the QuickBooks app that I use on my laptop. Will not connect or update this information and asking me to sign up when I already pay for this what do I do?

Thanks for your post - are you able to sign-in successfully directly on the browser? Is it the Apple or Windows desktop app you're using? 🧐
