Singed into mobile app and nothing shown on dashboard

We can perform some troubleshooting steps to fix this, mj-electrical.

 

Let's make sure to change the data connection on your device:

  • If you're connected to a WiFi, turn it off and use cellular data. 
  • If you're using the cellular data, then connect to a WiFi.

Then, close and restart the mobile app. Try to log in and check if your dashboard shows up. Otherwise, clear app data by following the steps in this article: Troubleshooting Quick-Start Guide for the QuickBooks Online app.

 

You can also uninstall/re-install the mobile app. If you're getting the same result, I'd recommend contacting our Customer Care Team so we can investigate the cause of this behavior.
