Stripe Quickbooks integration

Hi I have a business that takes regular weekly payments via Stripe, I am looking for a way for those payments to be allocated to the customer account, is there an connection or an app that will do this as manually it is very time consuming

I'd be delighted to address your concern about integrating your Stripe account with QuickBooks Online.

 

Great news, we have a list of third party applications that can sync your Stripe account with QuickBooks Online so you won't have to manually record your regular weekly payments. You'll just need to visit our Apps.intuit.com website, and enter the keyword of the application you want to install in the Search tab: https://apps.intuit.com/.

 

We have a lot of third party applications that you can choose from, and I hope you can find one that suites your business' needs. Once done, I'm confident that you'll be able to successfully integrate your Stripe account with QuickBooks Online.

    Thank you, I will look at it i have tried a few but I think i must have something set up wrong,  as seem nothing I try seems to work, i will try some more,

    Hi essentialrental,

     

    You can find the Stripe app within our apps list so that you may sync your payments to QuickBooks Online however it does not yet have the function to automatically match and settle open invoices within your books. You would still need to assign the payments to the corresponding invoices in order to pay them and close them.

     

    I would suggest leaving this as a feature enhancement request using the Feedback option within QBO. You can do this by clicking on the Gear icon in the top right of the screen and selecting FeedBack from the drop down menu. Feedback is sent to directly to our Product Development team to enable them to work with Stripe to bring in new features and improve connectivity between QBO and 3rd party apps.

    I'm looking for the same thing, but I need an additional feature. The Stripe transactions must carry through the product name as an income category in QBO. I've tried CommerceSync and their integration does not do that. Are there any other providers that offer this functionality?

    We are thinking of using a payment website that has Stripe in the background, as above we want to know can income types come through with the amount?  So we can break down what service it was we sold.  We don't want it linked to a customer or invoice, just recorded to the correct income?

     

    Also how do you only pull in new stripe transactions so you don't have duplication?

    Hey! 

     

    You can try this integration - Stipe with Quickbooks using Automate.io

     

    They have a ready to use the template which you can use to create/update customers in Quickbooks whenever there is a payment in Stripe.

    It's pretty and self-explanatory on how to use it. But in-case you need any help integrating or using this - you can reach out to their support :)

    Hello,
     You can try to use one of the third-party apps, for example, Synder. It records payments from Stripe as sales receipts with all necessary info as customer/product name, description, taxes, etc., and creates an expense for Stripe fees. All the transactions can be categorized and classified based on your flow. There is live support so if you have more questions, there’s always a human being you can address.
