Welcome to Community, @ami-jackson-cogs. I'm here to ensure that you'll be able to upload your logo and save it on your forms in QuickBooks Online.

Please let me know if you receive any error messages while attempting to apply the logo to the form. Any additional details helps us to provide a precise answer specific to your concern.

One possible reason why you're not able to apply your logo is the logo requirements. Let’s review your logo and ensure you meet the following requirements set by QuickBooks:

  • The logo should be a .gif, .bmp, .png, .jpg, .jpe, or .jpeg file.
  • Size should be smaller than 10 MB24-bits or less in bit depth
  • It must be square-shaped.
  • If the logo is CMKY-formatted, you'll have to convert it into an RGB image before uploading.

For more information, please visit this page: Add, customise, or remove logos on sales forms.

Once verified and you’re still having trouble performing the process, let’s access your account in a Google Chrome browser and apply the logo. I’ll show you how:

  1. Go to the Gear icon, and select Custom Form Styles.
  2. Locate and tap the Edit link for the invoice template.
  3. In the Design tab, click on Make logo edits, then press Add a logo.
  4. Select the logo you want, then hit Save.

Check out this article for more information about importing logos: Add, customize, or remove logos on sales forms.

You can also personalise and add specific info to your invoices. To do so, just go to the Gear icon and select the Custom Form styles feature.

I appreciate your patience while we're working on this. If you have any other issues or concerns, please let me know in the comment section. I'm always here to help.
