Question

The QBO iOS app enters payment date incorrectly and consistently 1 day early. This is the same on both iPad and iPhone but not online. What is the solution to this?

Payment dates are still incorrect after deleting and reinstalling app. Date is set automatically by iphone.

I’m also having the same issue for the past 3 months. The date of transactions on the iPhone app are consistently 1 day behind.

 

Did you ever get this issue fixed?


I’ve talked to the QuickBooks customer care team but they couldn’t resolve either.

To confirm, have you already tried updating the app to its latest version? If so, but the issue persists, I recommend double-checking your device's time and date configuration and making sure it's set to Automatic. Doing so allows the app to synchronize with your region's precise time zone since QuickBooks only relies on your device's Settings.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Open your iOS device's Settings.
  2. Select General, then Date & Time.
  3. Enable the Set Automatically option.
