Why are we required to logon again when we open the app? And yes, I have checked the stay logged on box.

Your account is still logged in to the app. But let me share some scenarios and help with your concern.

Just to clarify, have you reset the data or reinstall the application? That's the possible reason why it's asking you to log in again to the app.

However, If you receive a pop-up asking for "Restore" or "Do not restore" the last session upon opening the application, you'll just need to restore the last session you've work to the app. This way, you'll be able to login to the QuickBooks app without logging in again.

Also, QuickBooks app will reset every time it's not opened for some time since it holds sensitive data. Which is why you'll be asked to log in again.
