There are some features in QuickBooks Online (QBO) that you're unable to update using the mobile app, @oceanelectronics. When you edit a template, you'll have to do it using the web version. Let me guide you how.

  1. Log in to your QBO account through a browser.
  2. Go to the Gear icon.
  3. Select Custom form styles.
  4. Locate the template, then click Edit under the Action column.
  5. Make the necessary updates in the Design, Content, and Emails tabs.
  6. Click Done.

I've attached a screenshot that shows the last two steps.

In QBO, you can customise the content, messages, reminders, and the online delivery method of your sales form. To do this, just visit the Sales menu on the Account and Settings page. For the step-by-step guide, you can refer to this article: Customise sales form. It also includes details about sending transactions to your customers.

Please don't hesitate to drop a comment below if you have further concerns about form templates in QBO. I'm just around to help. Take care always.
