Why has the total amount due and the paid in last 30days disappeared from the mobile app overview screen and can’t be found on the app anywhere

Hi info-moffettlive Thanks for reaching out to us here on the Community. We'd be grateful if you could try the following steps: 

 

If you have an iPhone: 

Go to the settings on the device, tap general, tap iPhone storage, tap the QuickBooks Online App then tap Offload App, this will free up the storage without deleting your app's documents and data.

 

If you have an Andriod device: Close and restart the app.

  1. Clear app data. To do this:
  2. Open your device Settings.
  3. select Apps (varies by device).
  4. Choose QuickBooks app from the list, then select Storage.
  5. Select clear data.
