Why have I lost all info and data from my phone app? Online is still ok..

How can I reset my phone app to gain access to all my data etc?

Please check that you have the correct app installed for your subscription type - if you're using QuickBooks Online (including Simple Start, Essentials, Plus, Advanced or Accountant) the app will appear as QuickBooks Accounting (iOS) or QuickBooks Online Accounting (Android). For QuickBooks Self-Employed, the app will show as named (QuickBooks Self-Employed).
