Woocommerce help

Hi,

 

I've purchased the woocommerce sync plugin for Quickbooks, and have started syncing all my transactions over the past 6 months over. However I have a problem since my bank account is also connected it seems to double count these, it also recommends I connect my PayPal account, but then my expenses get double counted since I have a fair few expenses going out of PayPal but being pulled from my bank first. So the expenses are moved from my bank feed and then also my PayPal feed.

 

Any idea on the best way to setup quickbooks when using woocommerce, a bank account and also a PayPal account for both sales and expenses?

Hello Uksoundz, How is Woocommerce syncing the transactions over does it creates sales receipts/invoices for the sales? Then you are matching in the bank? Which app are you using as there is more than one that is in the apps that QB integrates with, see here
