When I re-downloaded the app I was offered a discounted rate of £3.99. Once I clicked ‘buy’ I was charged £7.99. Why is this?

Have you had quickbooks before under that email address at all, that you are reactivating? Or are you a new customer and that email has never been used for quickbooks before?
