Thanks for getting back to us so it sounds like it could be an issue with your tax code. It would be best if you could contact support either via chat or phone on 0808 234 5337 so you can set up a screenshare with the agent so it can be looked into more.

i am just trying to generate the invoice using QuickBooks, I successfully generated the access token and tried to generate the invoice then occurred the issue. details are mentioned below : 
Business Validation Error: Were sorry, QuickBooks encountered an error while calculating tax. Try reselecting the tax rate or reentering the product/service item and saving the form again
