How to sign up with an address in Channel Islands? This option is not available on the drop down menu when choosing county.

Right now, QuickBooks Online isn't available in the Channel Islands. You can browse this link for the list of countries we currently support: Choose your country.
If your business is located in the United Kingdom, you can check the current price through this link: QuickBooks Online Plan and Pricing. From here, you'll be able to select the version that fits your business needs.
Once you choose your plan, you can add a payroll service if needed. Then, proceed to the signing up process.
