Account still not activated

Hello!

 

I purchased a quickbooks subscription on Friday... it's now Monday and I still can't login to my account it says 'we will process your signup as soon as possible'

 

Not a good start.. first time I've bought a SaaS and I've had to wait over 2 days to actually use it.

 

How can I fix this?

Sorry to hear that you are having trouble logging in your account, justtall.

 

As long as you have access to the account, you don't need to be the master admin to log in to QBO. If you don't have login credentials, you can create one. If you're still unable to log in, I'd suggest resetting your password. For additional troubleshooting options when fixing issues when signing in, check out this article: Get help if you can't sign in to your QuickBooks Online. 

 

If it's still not going through, I'd recommend contacting our support. They can check deeper into the system and find out why it won't let you log in . Here's how: 

 

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. Select Help (?) at the top right.
  3. Enter your concern, then select Let's talk.
  4. Select Contact Us to connect with a live support agent.
  5. Choose the Start a chat option to connect with an expert.
  6. Once our phone support is open, you can select Call us.
