Administrator has given me full access to QB accountant, I can log on ok but can't see bank transactions, she can see ok on her login but I get screen to connect bank

Once logged in, try to view the bank transactions again. If it works, I recommend clearing your browser's cache. Doing so will remove the historical data and access QuickBooks with a clean slate. You can also switch to a different supported browser.
