Anybody else struggling with their HSBC accounts? It's a complete pain to try to update and even when the process looks like it works, I still can't see my trans??!

Hi Jo-huddleston, 

 

There is currently an investigation into this issue, the engineers are working on a fix at the moment, if you are needing the transactions in then you would need to csv the transactions into the quickbooks account, you do this by download the bank statement from the bank saving it as a csv file. make sure the only columns you have are date, description and amount then upload it into quickbooks.
