Anyone else having problems connecting co-op bank to quickbooks? I have to reconnect every time I login and for the past few days it won't reconnect at all.

Co-op bank say its not them, its Quickbooks that is the problem. Troubleshooting suggestions from Help Assistant haven't worked.

Please know that there’s an ongoing issue that has been reported about the connection of Co-op bank to QuickBooks. With this, I recommend contact our Support Team. This way, they can add you to the list of the affected users. Rest assured that you’ll be notified of the progress and its fix once available. 

 

Here’s how:

 

  1. Go to the Help icon.
  2. Choose the Search tab and then Contact Us.
  3. Enter a brief description of your concern.
  4. Press Continue.

In the meantime, you'll want to consider manually uploading your transactions to QuickBooks Online. With that, you'll need to format them into CSV files. Then, categorize and match them.
