Anyone know why everytime my shop is trying to log in, it is asking for a log in code, which is being emailed to me and how to stop this from happening

I’ll help you with turning off the verification process, so won’t be asked to enter a code every time you log in to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account. 

 

Before anything else, a security improvement above the standard password required is the verification process. You are given a one-time confirmation code when you log in, acting as an additional layer of protection.

 

You can log in to your Intuit Account to turn it off. Here’s how:

 

  1. Go to this link: Intuit account and then use your QuickBooks Online (QBO) credentials. 
  2. Choose Sign In & Security and in the Two-step verification section, select Turn off.
  3. Enter the code, then select Continue.
