Billing and Subscriptions

I hope you are all well.
I have been having trouble paying or resubscribing my account. I live in Zimbabwe but apparently my account is managed by the UK. I have tried everything the online support has told me to do but to no avail. We are at breaking point as loosing a years worth of historical data will be detrimental to our business.
Please help. I have been unable to log into my account for almost 10 days now and it has become a real issue.
