Can change password...just sends me code Doesn't have "forgot password"

The option the password for QBO is located in the lower-part of the login window, useraccounts16.

 

You can go to this link, scroll-down a little bit, and look for the I forgot my user ID or password link:

https://quickbooks.intuit.com/sign-in-offer/.

 

Aside from that, you can also go to our Intuit Account Recovery site and provide your account details: https://accounts.intuit.com/account-recovery.html.
