Can I add another phone number or email address to receive the Intuit code in case QB wants to make sure it is me?

Hi there, @david317. We always strive to protect your account by making sure it's you.

 

We can only add one phone number and email address to your Intuit account. If you wish to change them, you can follow these steps:

 

  1. Log in to the Intuit Online Account management portal.
  2. Navigate to the Sign in & security tab.
  3. Update your email address and phone number.
  4. Click Save.

 

You can also turn on the Two-Step Verification option. By doing this, you'll get a code via text message every time you sign in. This ensures that you're the one accessing your account every time.
