You can save time by duplicating the invoice instead of entering all the info twice to the same customer. To copy the invoice details, please follow the steps outlined below:

 

  1. Go to Sales and select All sales.
  2. Locate the invoice or estimate you want to copy.
  3. In the Action column, select the dropdown ▼, then select Duplicate.
  4. A prompt message will display This is a copy. This is a copy of an invoice. Revise as needed and save the invoice.
  5. Edit the invoice as required.
  6. Click Save.
