Can I look after my son's business transactions like an accountant would. When he gets QBO how do I access his data?

If your son subscribes to either the Essentials or Plus, small business account, he will be able to invite you as an additional user. You will be able to manage all the data however there are functions that an accountant user has that company/standard user does not such as undo reconciliations and reclassify transactions. If your son subscribes to the self employed product or the SimpleStart, small business, product they do not have the ability to add additional users, other than accountants, therefore you could login using your sons credentials.
