Can my account has multiple ip addresses? If so how can I fix this?

A customer is not receiving my invoices because they say my account has multiple ip addresses and is being blocked by their system.

Hello Newbiggiblocksmi, Thanks for reaching out to the Community regarding your customer not receiving invoices. What they can do is go to their email settings and add Intuit as a safe sender (the addresses to add as safe senders are uk_qbo_ops_support@intuit.com, intuit@notifications.intuit.com, quickbooks@notification.intuit.com, *@*intuit.com) If that does not solve the issue they can follow the whitelist part of this article
