Can not get past log in page

I'm here to help access your QuickBooks Online account, nix72b.

 

Are you getting an incorrect login credentials message? If so, you can simply reset your password. 

 

Let me show you how to do it.

 

  1. Go to the QuickBooks Online Accountant sign-in page.
  2. Select I forgot my user ID or Password.
  3. Follow the onscreen instructions.
  4. If you used your email address or user ID to verify your account, you'll get an email with a password reset link.

 

If you didn't get an email:

 

  • Check your spam or junk folders.
  • Add do_not_reply@intuit.com to your contact list.
  • Check all email addresses you might've used to sign up for your account.
  • Make sure to unblock emails from Intuit. Learn more about how to whitelist Intuit emails.
