Question

Cancel on apple and resubscribing with QB

Hi there

I opened my QB account on my iphone and therefore pay via my subscriptions on Apple.

I do not want to use apple anymore.  Am I able to resubscribe via QB?  I have cancelled my subscription but the only way I can see to resubscribe is with apple again and not QB.

Any help would be gratefully appreciated!

Thanks

Catherine

I'll help you re-subscribe your QuickBooks Desktop, Catherine Mills.

Since, when you're unable to do so, I'd suggest reaching out to our QuickBooks Desktop Support team. They can take a closer look at your account and help you re-subscribe.

To help you navigate those features in the program, check out this link a guide: Get Started with QuickBooks Desktop

Feel free to let me know how the conversation goes below. I'm always here to help.

Did you manage to sort that, as I like to cancel my Apple subscription and pay via quick books themselves

Paying via QuickBooks will be much more convenient, Ljlrecycling. Let's work together to change your billing account to Intuit.

Before anything else, please know that QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) is no longer available in the United Kingdom (UK) region. If you're using QuickBooks Online (QBO) and want to update your billing account to Intuit, you'll have to cancel your subscription first through the Apple website or call their customer support team.

Next, contact our Live Support Team to check and arrange with them how you can transfer your billing. They have the tools to pull up your account in a secure environment and provide you with the help you need.

Additionally, navigate this article to learn how to view your subscription information, update or change your payment method, change your billing schedule, and cancel your subscription: Manage billing, payment, and subscription info in QuickBooks.

Furthermore, if you're using QuickBooks Self-employed (QBSE), updating your billing to Intuit requires a new subscription, which is no longer available. The only current alternative is the Solo Trader plan. Check out this article to learn more: Introduction to QuickBooks Sole Trader.

Our goal is to enhance your QuickBooks experience. Let us know if you still need help managing your QuickBooks billing account. We're always ready to help you out again.
