Cannot delete data or unsubscribe
I am very frustrated with quickbooks,
I decided after a couple of minutes that quickbooks was not the app for me, and so I deleted the app.
I kept receiving emails constantly and therefore thought I would just unsubscribe from them only to realise there is no unsubscribe button.
so I searched how to delete the account and found on an article that you delete your data through the account management. So I did this, only to now keep receiving emails to say ‘there’s something for you to do in your account first’. Now I’m fuming because I cannot for the life of me found out what.
I work in a very heavy regulated FCA role and know the importance of data protection and our rights as consumers. This is very misleading and unacceptable. I am reporting this however I wondered whether anyone else has noticed these issues?
