Cannot login to my account on desktop as let's make sure your you box has no options other than contact support help please ?

I'm here to assist you in resolving the issue you're experiencing so you can successfully log into your account.

 

For now, we have an ongoing issue where some users are not able to log in with their QBDT account. Rest assured that our engineers are investigating and working on an immediate fix. For the meantime, I encourage you to contact our Support Team so they can add you to our notification list of affected users to receive email updates about this issue. 

 

  1. Go to the Help menu.
  2. Pick QuickBooks Desktop Help.
  3. Click the Contact Us option.
  4. Type in your question and hit Continue.

We can also follow the recommended troubleshooting in this article. From there, you'll be aware of the common sign-in issues and learn on how to fix it right away, depending on the situation.
