Ch you tell me why my subscription has jumped to36 pounds this month please?

For billing inquiries, it's best to reach out to our Customer Care team to give you in-depth knowledge about the increased subscription rate. They use specific tools to pull up your account in a secure place that we can't do here in the Community because of your security and privacy issues. 

 

To connect with them, please follow these steps:

 

  1. Go to the Help menu.
  2. From the Assistant tab, enter a brief description of your concern. Example: My subscription jumped to 36 pounds this month.
  3. Then, type Talk to a human.
  4. Select Yes, then Get help from a human.
  5. Choose either Start a Chat or Have us call you.
